About

Jordan Wallin-Swanson is a costume designer, wardrobe supervisor, and stitcher based in the US and relocating to the UK in 2026. She began sewing at ten years old, and what started as a personal skill grew into a career built on creativity, precision, and a deep love of the craft.

Jordan studied at Lawrence University, where she worked in the costume shop gaining hands-on experience in stitching, alterations, wardrobe, and hair and makeup across a range of productions. That foundation shaped both her technical abilities and her collaborative approach to backstage work.

Since graduating, Jordan has served as Wardrobe Supervisor at Northern Sky Theater for four years, overseeing all aspects of costume continuity and care across each production. She has also worked as a Dresser with Actors Theatre of Louisville, one of the most respected regional theatres in the United States. Alongside her supervision work, she has been designing costumes since her senior year of high school and continues to take on design projects at the professional level.

Jordan is now seeking wardrobe and costume opportunities in London, Manchester, and Brighton, and brings with her a strong track record in live performance, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of hands-on experience that translates seamlessly to any production environment.
