The Bachelors

The Bachelors, with book and lyrics by Fred Alley and music by James Kaplan, is a Northern Sky Theater original following two devoted bachelors whose commitment-free life in Madison, Wisconsin is upended when a woman from their past arrives to collect on a century-old romantic debt. Moving from Gilbert and Sullivan-era England to a cluttered 2001 apartment, the show is a comedy about love, loyalty, and bad tuna fish.

On The Bachelors, Jordan served as Costume Designer, guiding the full visual arc of the production from Victorian England to contemporary Wisconsin. Highlights included an on-stage quick change taking a character from the 1880s to the 2001 in a single seamless moment.
